Job Description
Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.Supervise procurement and allocation of resources, including materials and labor.Coordinate with local authorities for necessary permits and inspections.Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
Previous project management experience in the property or construction industry.Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
