Key Responsibilities
Room patients and collect medical histories Provide routine patient care and administer vaccines Assist with treatments, diagnostics, and anesthesia monitoring Perform blood draws, run in-house laboratory work, and place IV catheters Maintain accurate medical records Support a variable caseload depending on season Assist with scheduling, client check-in/out, answering phones, and other duties as assigned
About You
1–2 years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant required Experience in a small animal practice (experience with exotics is a plus!) Compassionate communicator with strong client service skills Team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
