Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative at ActivTrak, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. You'll partner closely with our Account Executives to identify target accounts, engage decision-makers, and create qualified opportunities that fuel our revenue goals. What You'll Do: Drive outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities within target accounts and industries Research and identify ideal customer profiles, then execute multi-touch campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives Collaborate with AEs to build account-based strategies and penetrate key target organizations Articulate ActivTrak's value proposition in a way that resonates with each prospect's unique challenges and goals Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene in Salesforce, tracking all prospect interactions and pipeline metrics Participate in sales training, team meetings, and shadowing opportunities to accelerate your development toward a closing role Leverage ActivTrak's own platform to optimize your productivity and better understand the challenges our customers face
