We are looking for a Business Analyst for a 6 Month Day Rate Contract on a hybrid basis in Dublin. Job Description - The Role Deloitte is looking for a Business Analyst to support the delivery of digital and ICT projects by gathering and defining business requirements, working with stakeholders and helping ensure solutions meet business needs. The role works within an Agile environment and supports planning, delivery and continuous improvement. What you'll do; Work with stakeholders to understand needs and agree solutions. Run or support workshops and Agile meetings (e.g. stand-ups, sprint planning). Assist with testing (e.g. UAT) and system improvements. Create documentation, user guides and training materials. Support issue and incident management. The skills you'll need: Experience assisting organisations in identifying costs/benefits of Digital Projects. To engage with all project stakeholders to define, agree and achieve closure on requirements of projects. Experience estimating effort/duration in assessing business requirements. Experience in ICT projects including all aspects of agile development lifecycle. Experience in the preparation of system documentation, communication and training material for stakeholders.
