Key Responsibilities

Assess client needs and recommend benefit programs that align with their goals
Follow up promptly and professionally with company‑provided leads, referrals, and current clients
Conduct virtual or face‑to‑face appointments with prospective clients, organizations, members, and employees
Utilize company systems, scripts, and training resources throughout the sales process
Keep accurate records of client communications and benefit enrollments
Remain compliant with company guidelines, procedures, and industry standards
Continue improving product knowledge, communication abilities, and sales skills through ongoing development and training
