Responsibilities:
Check guests in and out efficiently while providing excellent customer service.Answer guest questions and provide information about the hotel and local area.Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.Ensure all guest billing and account information is accurate.Help create a pleasant guest experience by informing guests about hotel amenities and services.

Job Requirements:
This position is responsible for providing superior guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work easily in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an optimistic, "energy-giving" attitude.
Hotel Front Desk experience.Should be customer service oriented.Excellent attention to detail.Friendly demeanor with guests and coworkers.Excellent cash handling, phone, and computer skills.Must be able to work weekends.
