Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers effectively.Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly while maintaining a positive attitude.Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
Qualifications
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.Proven experience in customer service or a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
