This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful ICT initiatives, with an immediate focus on a major SharePoint migration project. You'll work with stakeholders across the organisation to transform how data is stored, managed, and accessed, helping to create efficient, secure, and user-friendly digital environments.
As ICT Project Manager, you'll work alongside a small internal ICT team and a range of managed service providers to deliver organisational technology projects. You'll take ownership of project workstreams, manage supplier relationships, and ensure successful delivery of hardware, software, infrastructure, and data management initiatives.
A key priority will be overseeing the migration of a substantial volume of legacy data into a modern SharePoint environment. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify archiving opportunities, define retention requirements, and design effective information structures that support operational needs.
This is a hands-on role that combines project management, stakeholder engagement, technical understanding, and continuous improvement
Ideally you will bring with you:
Significant experience gathering and translating technology requirements from educational and non-technical stakeholders.
Extensive experience implementing SharePoint solutions within Microsoft Azure environments.
Proven experience planning and overseeing large-scale data migration projects.
Strong understanding of information architecture and creating intuitive data hierarchies.
Experience working with outsourced technology providers and managed service environments.
Knowledge of project delivery, change management, and service management frameworks.
Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Experience successfully delivering multi-site SharePoint projects.
Awareness of Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs) within educational settings.
At Nacro, technology plays a vital role in enabling our services and supporting positive outcomes for the people we work with. You'll join an organisation committed to innovation, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement, where your expertise will make a real difference.
If you're an experienced ICT Project Manager with a strong SharePoint background and a passion for delivering meaningful technology change, we'd love to hear from you.
