Develops and carries out project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and team members Provides guidance and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Hires, Manages, develops and motivates employees Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Software Engineering Manage within the Scaled Agile Framework environment (SAFe) Coordinate across teams within the Agile Release Train (ART) and across other various ARTs on the Solution Train Manage and coordinate work across unclassified and collateral secret areas to ensure full solutions for the warfighter Fulfills Cost Account Manager (CAM) duties as appropriate for Earned Value Management (EVM) tracking Presents software status as needed to Boeing Program Management and Navy customers and supports the managing of program contracts
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Ability to obtain Secret US Security clearance (Post-Start) 3 or more years of leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science Experience working on Mission Systems products Experience leading teams, ideally software teams Working knowledge of the Scale Agile Framework (SAFe) Experience with Earned Value Management
