Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in North Portland plays a vital role as a local and regional leader in serious clinical illness or injury. With around-the-clock expertise for critical health issues, including experts in trauma, heart care, burns, significant wounds, stroke, brain surgery and more, Legacy Emanuel is central to the health of our community and critical to the care of the Northwest. Responsibilities Performs mammography procedures according to physician's orders, or screening guidelines, utilizing knowledge and judgment in regard to exposure factors, imaging technique, and patient care. Demonstrates proficiency in the field of Mammography. Qualifications Education: Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology school or program.
Experience: At least one-year previous experience in General Radiology. Mammography experience preferred. Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions. Licensure Current applicable state license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology required. Must meet MQSA requirements for mammographers. A.R.R.T. registration in Radiology and Mammography required.
