Tallahassee, FL (Hybrid) Local candidates with local DL Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Database Analyst with strong Oracle and SQL Server administration expertise to support enterprise database environments, modernization initiatives, and data platform operations.
Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of overall IT experience 5+ years of Oracle and/or SQL Server Database Administration Strong experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c environments Experience with Sun Solaris and Oracle WebLogic Expertise in PL/SQL, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, and Triggers Experience supporting multiple databases and high-volume production environments Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse, Data Warehouse, GitHub, or Azure DevOps Database performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization Experience with database migrations, upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery Knowledge of ETL processes, SSIS, automation scripts, and scheduling tools Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau Strong data modeling, database design, and data integrity experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills:
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Apex, and Fusion Middleware Unix/Linux administration experience Experience with Databricks and cloud modernization initiatives Knowledge of database security, compliance, and data governance
