Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the
Licensed Practical Nurse
delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
As an LPN at Springbrook, you’ll provide high-quality care to both short-term rehabilitation patients and long-term residents in a structured, team-oriented environment. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your clinical skills, support recovery, and maintain consistency in care, all while working closely with RNs and an interdisciplinary team.
Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.

Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders. Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Base Pay: $31.00-$36.50 PLUS Shift Differential up to $8.50/hour depending on shift! Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing. Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure. Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility. xihmbke Benefits:

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. Posted Salary Range: USD $31.00 - USD $53.80 /Hr.
