Air Maintenance, Inc. is a leader in commercial HVAC and indoor air quality services based in Pewaukee. We are currently hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across Waukesha County and southeastern Wisconsin. You will represent Air Maintenance, Inc. for clients in Waukesha County and the surrounding southeastern Wisconsin area. This role focuses on securing new commercial maintenance clients and contracts while building long‑term relationships with facility owners and managers. You will work directly with our team in Pewaukee to deliver tailored HVAC solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities Identify and secure new clients in southeastern Wisconsin. Conduct site surveys to understand prospect equipment and facility needs. Present maintenance agreements and service proposals to decision‑makers. Manage client relationships while prioritizing satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with service crews for smooth service. Track sales activity and pipeline progress. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales or business development. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Self‑motivated with a drive to exceed targets. Prior experience in the hospitality, HVAC or facility services industry is a plus. This is a hybrid position with flexible weekday hours involving in‑person customer visits, remote or at‑home office setup, and in‑person meetings with the Air Maintenance team.
