Lapels Dry Cleaning is seeking responsible, personable Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Candidates should possess a clean, neat appearance, be detail oriented and have a positive, friendly attitude for dealing with customers. Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the storeFront counter help with customer drop-off and pick-up of ordersAssist customers with cleaning, stain and finishing needs, and/or questionsSort and examine articles of clothingMark-In incoming customer ordersConsistently ensure cash drawer accuracyGeneral housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearanceOther duties as assigned
