This is a hybrid role requiring on-site work at our Atlantic Station office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. This position plays a critical role in supporting and shaping the direction of Piedmont Healthcare's content and creative output. In close partnership with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders, this position ensures all creative content-including brand, service line, entity, digital, social, mass media, and CRM assets-is strategically aligned, insight-driven, high-quality, and delivered with excellence. This role provides leadership for the internal creative team, oversees workflow and resource allocation, maintains quality control of all creative deliverables, and manages relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with brand, strategy, and organizational priorities. This position is also responsible for measuring, tracking, and reporting content and creative performance where applicable. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Arts, Design, Marketing or related field Required Work Experience: 5 years of experience with content, creative and/or strategy in agency or client side Required Experience working in consumer products goods, insurance, financial, travel, hospitality and/or, advertising agencies Required
