This role offers a starting salary within Nacro’s pay structure of £31,982 Entry with expected progression to £32,782 Established within the first year, subject to meeting clear criteria and performance standards, with further pay progression available in the future. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT support professional who enjoys solving problems, working directly with users, and helping organisations get the most from their technology. You'll play a key role in delivering first-class ICT support to colleagues across the organisation while working closely with our managed service providers to ensure a seamless user experience.
As an ICT Support Analyst, you'll be part of a small, collaborative ICT team responsible for providing first-line support and ensuring the effective delivery of ICT services across Nacro.
You'll provide both in-person support from our Birmingham office and remote support to colleagues across England and Wales. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external ICT suppliers, you'll help resolve technical issues, monitor service performance, support asset management activities, and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and has a strong technical foundation in Microsoft technologies.
You will bring with you:
Hands-on experience providing first-line support for Microsoft 365 applications and Windows 11 environments.
Experience supporting Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions.
Previous experience working with service desk or ticketing systems.
Experience working with external ICT suppliers or managed service providers.
Ability to prioritise workloads, manage expectations, and meet deadlines.
Understanding of service delivery frameworks and support processes.
Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
Knowledge of data protection, information security, and privacy principles.
Experience supporting process improvement and service enhancement initiatives.
