Job Summary SHI is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee Marketing Department initiatives that support the organization’s evolving needs. The role will manage a portfolio of high‑impact projects, including marketing campaigns, product launches, and departmental workflow optimization. Role Description Lead multiple projects of varying complexity, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, timelines, and deliverables. Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project and process documentation (project plans, SOPs, workflow diagrams, meeting minutes). Plan, schedule, and facilitate kickoff, status/stand‑up, and closeout meetings with a professional presentation to stakeholders. Track progress and manage outstanding action items across stakeholders, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution. Provide regular status updates throughout the project lifecycle, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Build, maintain, and optimize workflows within Asana to ensure smooth handoffs, consistent communication, and efficient execution. Contribute to the continuous improvement, documentation, and standardization of processes within the Marketing Project Management Office (PMO). Skill Level Requirements Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Intermediate ability to oversee and direct projects to completion. Intermediate expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum frameworks. Intermediate familiarity with SHI’s operational mechanisms and organizational structure. Experience with project management platforms (Asana preferred). Strong end‑to‑end project management skills: scope definition, owner assignment, issue escalation, status meetings. Problem‑solving and issue resolution skills related to marketing initiatives. Understanding of project management principles applied to marketing campaign management (preferred). Ability to drive process improvement and develop clear documentation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives with collaboration emphasis. Other Requirements Completed bachelor’s degree. 2+ years of project management experience (or related). Experience supporting Marketing, Operations, or IT projects is a plus. Willingness to obtain PMP Certification within the first year. Ability to travel up to 10%. Compensation and Benefits The estimated annual pay range is $80,000 – $110,000, including base and bonus. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and flexible spending.
