Job Description We are seeking motivated and results‑driven Field Sales Representatives to join our expanding team throughout Miami‑Dade County. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with previous sales experience who enjoy working directly with customers and want to grow in a performance‑driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Meet with qualified, scheduled customer appointments daily
Conduct pre‑water testing and explain results to customers
Present water treatment products and recommend solutions based on customer needs
Answer customer questions and provide product information
Complete sales agreements and documentation accurately
Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
Follow company sales procedures and standards
Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Previous sales experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable conducting in‑home appointments
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset
Reliable transportation required (car/truck)
Ability to travel locally within Miami‑Dade County
Compensation & Benefits
Successful representatives earn $125,000–$250,000+ annually based on performance
