Asset Data Analyst
to support a busy Asset Management team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical individual with strong data management and reporting skills to play a key role in maintaining, developing and improving asset information systems. While experience within asset management, housing, construction or property services would be advantageous, the primary focus of this role is on
data analysis, data quality, reporting and system management . Candidates with strong data skills from other sectors are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain and develop asset management databases and information systems Analyse large datasets and produce meaningful reports, dashboards and management information Lead on data collection, validation, cleansing and quality assurance activities Support the development and improvement of business processes, reporting systems and data procedures Produce performance reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders and senior management Assist with project delivery, data-led decision making and business planning Ensure data integrity, ...
