Active state licensure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide individualized care to patients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other healthcare professionals and educate patients and their families. Ability to maintain effective records and documentation of patient care. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
