Warehouse Supervisor At Osborne, we are partnering with a leading provider of medical imaging and healthcare solutions, in the recruitment of a newly created Warehouse Supervisor position. This role will be based FULLY ONSITE in Dublin 24. Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, you will take ownership of warehouse operations, lead a team of four Warehouse Operatives while ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of medical products and equipment. Package: Salary: From €45,000+ DOE Pension scheme Life Assurance cover Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) 23 days annual leave, increasing with service Free on-site parking Monday to Friday schedule (9:00am - 5:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break) Responsibilities: Lead and supervise all warehouse activities, including goods receipt, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch Manage and support a team of Warehouse Operatives, providing direction, training, and performance oversight Ensure full compliance with medical device regulations, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), quality standards, and company procedures Maintain inventory accuracy and product traceability, including management of batch-controlled and serialised stock Oversee cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory investigations, implementing corrective actions where required Ensure warehouse operations meet health, safety, and environmental standards at all times Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and quality improvement initiatives Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and customer service levels Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' warehouse experience, including previous supervisory or team leadership responsibility is ESSENTIAL Valid Manual Handling and relevant MHE certificates are essential Experience within the medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated sector is desirable Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Shreya Thornton or call Osborne on .If you are interested in finding out more about the above role and would like to be considered for other suitable roles that we may have available for your skill set please attach your CV via the link provided Please submit your updated CV in Word Format If you are living in Ireland and hold a valid work permit we would love to hear from you, if however you do not hold a valid work permit unfortunately we will not be in a position to assist you with your job search.
