Über

Embed within the Red Ventures (RV) pilot to drive day-to-day technical and operational coordination across Strategy, Activation, Technology, and Testing & Experimentation workstreams-tracking assets through test and release gates, aligning timelines and dependencies, ensuring crisp follow-ups and clear communication, and providing a single source of truth for status, risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Serve as the central point of contact across business units, campaign managers, agency partners, technology, and other stakeholders.
• Plan and run working sessions and checkpoints with clear agendas, owners, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Maintain current trackers, notes, and status reports act as the single source of truth for testing status, asset pipeline, risks, and decisions.
• Apply a PMO mindset to documentation, including post-mortems and lessons learned.
• Monitor for process deviations, escalations, and resource conflicts drive timely resolution and escalate as needed.
• Partner with configuration/activation teams to triage capacity and unblock bottlenecks.
• Serve as the master of queues and statuses, always knowing the current state of work and next steps.
• Recommend improvements to PM tools, templates, and processes where appropriate.
