Automate Operational Workflows
Identify and automate manual operational processes across deployments and production operationsBuild internal tools, scripts, automations, and workflows that improve efficiency and scalabilityPartner with Ops and Engineering teams to reduce operational overhead and increase throughputImprove reliability and operational consistency across customer workflowsOwn Dashboards & Reporting Infrastructure
Build and maintain operational dashboards across customer deployments, quality metrics, and production operationsDevelop reporting infrastructure for leadership visibility and customer reportingEnsure data accuracy, operational transparency, and KPI trackingCreate scalable reporting systems that support rapid company growthBuild Operational Systems & Infrastructure

About You
2+ years in Automation Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Business Systems, Analytics Engineering, Operations Engineering, or similar technical operations rolesStrong technical and operational problem-solving skillsExperience building automations, dashboards, and internal operational toolingComfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teamsStrong systems-thinking mindset with high ownership and execution orientationAnalytical, detail-oriented, and highly resourcefulNice to Have
Experience with SQL, Python, Retool, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or workflow automation platformsExperience building operational dashboards and reporting systemsExperience in healthcare, RCM, AI operations, or enterprise SaaSExperience supporting high-growth operational teamsFamiliarity with API integrations and workflow orchestrationWho We Are

The base salary for this role ranges from $140,000-185,000 depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we're always open to exceptional talent.
