Erie 1 BOCES Special Education Services Extended School Year Locations: North Site - Transit Middle (Williamsville CSD - 8730 Transit Road, East Amherst, NY 14051) Central Site - Northtowns Academy (Erie 1 BOCES - 333 Dexter Terrace, Tonawanda NY 14150) South Site - Maryvale Middle (Maryvale UFSD - 1050 Maryvale Drive, Cheektowaga, NY 14225) Duration: 6 weeks July 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026 July 1, 2026 - July 2, 2026 - Set-up days for all programs (Staff attendance required) NOTE: All employees are expected to work the full duration of the Summer Program (6 weeks) Hours: 8:00AM – 2:00PM Job Responsibilities:
Participates in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating a student's plan of care; assists with classroom activities as directed by teacher
LPNs are required to assist students with the water and other activities
Job Qualifications
New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Experience working with students with disabilities preferred but not required
