Position Summary:
The Call Center Representative (CSR) is responsible for communicating with the customer to determine service needs.
Making sure that the phone is answered appropriately Monitor incoming e-mail and other electronic lead sources for new leads and contact as quickly as possible.Out bounding calls to membersMeet KPI's Other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Background check and Drug Test required for hire. Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana.

2 years of call center - Preferred 2 years of customer service - Preferred2 years of dispatching - Preferred
