We're looking for a Client Relations Manager who thrives in the field, building relationships, walking properties, identifying client needs, and closing deals. You'll be the connection between our valued customers and our service teams, ensuring satisfaction from first contact through long-term partnership.
Your Responsibilities
Promote and present services tailored to individual customer needsEstablish and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communicationResolve client concerns post-sale, ensuring long-term satisfactionKeep existing and former clients informed about service updates and new offeringsIdentify new sales leads through networking, referrals, and outbound effortsVisit and walk commercial properties to assess needs and opportunitiesMaintain accurate, detailed reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and account statusProvide periodic sales forecasts for your assigned territoryExercise sound judgment in business and customer service decisionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service deliveryRepresent Carolina Sweepers as a knowledgeable and trusted brand ambassador
Requirements
Requirements:
At least 2 years of sales experience.Maintaining a book of business Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Experience with Service Fusion is a plus. Active driver license and a clean driving record.Experience with providing estimates for customersAsphalt and pressure washing quoting experience a plusOur ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and people skills and is self-motivated to win. Experience in the property management/maintenance fields is preferred. This position provides an uncapped income potential.Care of company vehicle
