Job Description
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following:
Lead day-to-day on-site construction operations from pre-construction through closeoutCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries to maintain schedule and workflowEnforce site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with NYC DOB regulationsReview drawings, specifications, and scope to proactively identify issuesTrack project schedules, milestones, and progress reportingMaintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and design teamsEnsure high-quality finishes consistent with luxury residential standardsConduct site meetings and inspections to ensure adherence to plansManage punch lists and project closeout processes

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Superintendent should have:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential constructionStrong background in full gut renovations (NYC interiors highly preferred)Deep understanding of luxury materials, finishes, and installation sequencingProven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades efficientlyKnowledge of NYC building codes, permitting, and inspection processesExcellent organizational and communication skillsStrong attention to detail with a commitment to craftsmanshipAbility to read and interpret architectural and design drawings
