About this opportunity
This position is responsible for efficiently providing solutions to customer service needs through a positive and respectful dialogue. Ability to multi-task and effectively manage and dispatch customer calls is essential. Shifts vary depending on department needs. Part time opportunity, Monday-Friday: 9:00am-2:00PM.
What your role will look like
Accurately and appropriately manage, respond to, and resolve customer questions, concerns and inquiriesProvide customer with requested information by using application software, or other appropriate means and assist customer to achieve total satisfactionInteract with customers and co-workers in a respectful and courteous manner and maintain confidentiality of all customer informationDemonstrate ability to accurately and successfully use Eastern's application software system
Regular attendance and punctuality adherence to a schedule that meets the needs of the department which increases on a seasonal basis
Be receptive to and competently use new technologiesOther duties as assigned
What you'll bring to this role
Experience: 2-3 years of telephone Call Center Environment ExperienceEducation: High school graduate minimumHighly organized with strong problem-solving skillsUtilize excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to read and write English and perform basic math skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-taskReliability and exceptional customer service skills
