About the Role:
Nuvant is seeking Account Specialists to join our team. In this role, you'll support individuals and small businesses by helping them understand and access personalized financial solutions. You'll manage inbound and outbound communications and offer thoughtful recommendations based on the client's goals.
Core ResponsibilitiesProactively reach out to clients and handle inbound inquiriesDiscuss client goals and align solutions accordinglyProvide clear explanations of services and next stepsTrack activity and maintain up-to-date records in CRMSupport retention efforts through ongoing communication
QualificationsHigh school diploma or college degree preferredPrior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles a plusResults and goal orientedAble to work independently in a work from home environment
