In addition to the qualifications listed below, we are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic and coachability. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, work long hours and meet deadlines under pressure. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team. And most importantly, they must be coachable and willing to learn new things. They must be open to feedback and be willing to change their approach when necessary.
A paramedic license is preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the ambulance company, including scheduling, dispatching, and quality assurance Develop and implement strategies to grow the business Oversee the recruiting and staffing of paramedics and EMTs Manage the budget and ensure that the company is profitable Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations Represent the company to the public and other stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field 5+ years of experience in operations management 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry Paramedic license preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Strong work ethic and coachability
Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per hour
