Nursing Supervisor

Sanford Health is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to provide clinical leadership within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, and patient flow to ensure safe, high-quality care across our hospitals and clinics. You will mentor and support nursing staff, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and uphold regulatory and quality standards.
