Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist

PediaStaff seeks an Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist to support students’ communication and learning in a collaborative, mission-driven school setting. In this role, you will assess and treat a diverse caseload of elementary students with speech, language, and social communication needs, developing individualized goals and delivering evidence-based therapy in individual and small-group settings. You’ll work closely with teachers, families, and school teams, contribute to IEPs, track progress, and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines—all with the backing of PediaStaff’s supportive, ethical, and relationship-focused culture.
