Support to each IWX (and other exercises) as exercise planners through each stage of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle and then as members of the exercise control group. Provide facilitator/mentor support to the training audience related to planning and execution of PSYOP/MISO through the seven-phase process. Ensure training meets established learning objectives. Fill the role of OPT/Working Group leader during planning Guide the planning process in accordance with USMC and Joint doctrine. Assist with the development and oversight of the master scenario event list. Assist in the facilitation and direction of role players, to include briefing of scripts, overseeing the conduct of lane training, and personnel movements. Provide PSYOP/MISO expertise for all IWX and other training exercise and events. Provide feedback to After-Action Reviews. Assist in the development of and submission of Ad-Hoc Reports

Minimum of a high school diploma with 6-years’ work-related experience. Direct experience in leading PSYOP exercises, exercise control groups, scenario design, preparation, execution, analysis, and wargaming. Experience with after action reporting across exercise life cycles. Experience in development of exercise materials and coordination of exercise support. Psychological Operations Qualification Course graduate. US Citizenship required; Active TS/SCI clearance or current eligibility. Willing and able to travel off-site and OCONUS/CONUS as needed (up to 2 weeks, twice per year).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 3-years’ work-related experience. Experience with the United States Marine Corps, Marine exercises and training. Information Operations Planning (or similar) course completion Experience in Operations sections or dedicated Training organizations within the US Military.
