General Dentist Location: Douglasville Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4-day work week Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established and high-producing practice in Douglasville, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys practicing comprehensive, bread-and-butter dentistry in a fast-paced and efficient clinical environment. You will be supported by a strong patient base, experienced team members, and modern technology that allows you to focus on delivering high-quality care while maintaining strong production. About the Area: Douglasville offers a convenient suburban lifestyle just outside of Atlanta, with access to excellent shopping, dining, entertainment, and outdoor recreation. The area continues to experience strong residential growth, making it an ideal market for long-term patient demand and practice growth. What We Offer:
Established PPO and fee-for-service patient base High-volume practice averaging approximately 135 new patients per month Strong production opportunity in a busy clinical environment Clinical autonomy in a collaborative setting Modern technology including newly added CBCT imaging 4-day work week with no weekends Supportive clinical and administrative team
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans Deliver bread-and-butter dentistry efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support team members Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Georgia dental license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Comfortable working in a high-volume environment Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
