Oversee your caseload, leading and nurturing LPNs, LVNs, and Home Health Aides to foster a strong, cohesive care team. Innovate with technology. Utilize leading-edge tools and best practices to optimize care delivery and maintain precise documentation.
Job Requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state served. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience is a significant plus!). Exceptional critical thinking, proven clinical expertise, strong case management abilities, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care. Current CPR/BLS certification. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
