Dental Assistant – High-Volume Practice Location: Glen Burnie or East Baltimore, MD Position Type: Full-Time Our client is seeking a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant to join a high-volume, fast-paced dental practice in the Glen Burnie or East Baltimore area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with advanced technology, and wants to grow within a supportive team culture. Position Overview: The Dental Assistant will support clinical operations by assisting providers with patient care, maintaining efficient workflows, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Responsibilities:
Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments Take and process dental X-rays Utilize advanced technology including: CBCT All-on-X workflows 3D printer Facial and intraoral scanners Provide excellent chairside patient care Maintain accurate patient records Follow infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Dental Assistant preferred Knowledge of CBCT, All-on-X, 3D printing, and scanners strongly preferred Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, organized, and professional
Compensation & Benefits:
