This role involves case management and delivering hospice care within a home setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospice services and the ability to support patients and families during challenging times. ResponsibilitiesManage hospice patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Provide skilled nursing services and emotional support to patients and families. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Conduct patient assessments and updates to care plans as necessary. Educate patients and families about end-of-life care options and procedures. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent and valid RN license. Experience with hospice case management. Previous experience providing hospice care in a home setting. Familiarity with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred. Experience with rural travel preferred. Schedule This position is scheduled for Monday to Friday, providing a consistent workweek. Why ARMStaffing?
