Brickmont at West Cobb, a Claiborne Senior Living managed community, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our senior residents. Why You'll Love This RolePractice your CNA skills in a supportive senior living environment Work with a team that values accountability, culture, and professionalism Competitive pay and strong benefits What You'll DoProvide direct resident care in accordance with CNA scope of practice Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Measure and document vital signs and resident observations Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Support mobility, transfers, and safety Document care accurately and timely Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines What We're Looking ForActive CNA certification High school diploma or equivalent Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable mindset Ability to lift up to 50 lbs BenefitsDouble time on major holidays Free employee meals Up to $1,000 employee referral bonus (no limit) Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, disability, and EAP
