Design and Delivery of Clinical Education
Develop and facilitate clinical learning programs in both online and in-person formats. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and WesleyLife philosophies.
Collaboration Across Teams
Work with Health Services, Clinical Excellence, and Organizational Learning to: Establish documentation and processes. Secure classrooms and equipment. Create auditing and tracking systems for ongoing program success.
Evaluation of Program Effectiveness
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinical training programs. Maintain and report on retention, completion, and other metrics to assess program impact.
Managing Training Plans
Develop onboarding and orientation practices that meet annual training requirements. Oversee clinical training programs
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience with 1 year of hands-on experience as an RN within a long-term-care setting A valid Iowa RN licenses is required to be considered for this position. Preferred - Certified in one of more of the following or able to obtain within 6 months of hire: MHFA, CPR / BLS Instructor Certification. Preferred - Completed Wound Care Certification, IV Certification, Certified Dementia Practitioner or other identified areas of clinical competency. Proficient in the use of learning development and delivery software (Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, etc.).
