We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity maternal care team at a Level IV designated maternal facility. 3-5 years of Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Active Texas RN license or multistate compact license BLS certification required Acute care hospital experience required Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care using evidence-based practice Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Perform patient assessments, education, and care coordination Participate in discharge and transfer planning Support quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered outcomes Serve as a resource, mentor, or preceptor based on experience Adhere to the Texas Board of Nursing and regulatory standards
