Monitor resident's vitals and record them in their file Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each resident, including bathing, feeding and dressing Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication Update resident records in a confidential manner Evaluate the resident's wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff Explain treatments and procedures to resident and families Change dressings and bandages, ensuring residents are healing properly Move residents from wheelchairs, beds and gurneys
Requirements:
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Currently licensed as an LPN in Maine.
