Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Provide exceptional clinical guidance, mentoring and supporting nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and expertise. Develop and manage budgets, overseeing unit operations and ensuring efficient use of resources. Foster a positive work environment, promoting staff engagement, growth, and development through effective communication and team-building strategies. Requirements:
