Perform thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests and creating tailored care strategies Diagnose and treat both acute and chronic health issues in collaboration with physicians or autonomously (as credentialed) Educate patients and their families on preventative measures, wellness, and disease management Prescribe medications and treatments within the scope of your practice Engage in follow-up care and chronic condition management Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and holistic care Meticulously document patient interactions within electronic medical records (EMR) Essential Qualifications
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Certification Requirements
Active Nurse Practitioner license valid in the state of Arizona National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain them within 90 days) Competitive Skills
