Execution & High-Volume Delivery Focus heavily on delivering a high volume of post copy and paid assets against the Creative Trafficking Grid (CTG).
Manage large-scale batch work for entire campaigns simultaneously with excellence and precision. Navigate tactical asset delivery, including auditing 300-line spreadsheets, figuring out ad units, and ensuring the exact correct copy is assigned to the right cells.
Brand & Voice Stewardship Memorize the brand style guide and act as the ultimate safeguard for tone, grammar, and consistency.
Bring the brand's personality to life in ways that fit each social format, ensuring work feels human, consistent, and unmistakably on-brand.
Collaboration & Agility Partner closely with Art Directors, Senior Copywriters, Producers, and Marketing leads to move paid assets from concept to final delivery.
Maintain a proactive, eager, and helpful attitude when navigating incredibly fast-moving timelines and the shifting needs of a massive, global brand.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of copywriting experience within a professional advertising agency or a fast-paced, enterprise-level in-house creative team. Paid Social Expertise: A portfolio showcasing a heavy focus on paid social assets and experience handing off large batches of deliverables for major brands. Operational Excellence: Proven comfort with highly tactical work, complex spreadsheets, ad unit specifications, and trafficking workflows. Attention to Detail: Exceptional proofreading and editing skills-the type of writer who catches errors instantly and holds themselves to a flawless standard of execution. Mindset: A resilient, proactive attitude with a willingness to jump into fast-paced, high-stakes environments and roll with changing timelines. Tools: Experience working and collaborating in industry-standard tools including Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Workspace, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.00 to $50.00 Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
