Act as liaison between sales, sales enablement, operations, client representatives, and vendors to ensure all sales support processes are executed efficiently and effectively. Monitor risk management compliance, including contract terms and certificate of insurance requirements Provide support to Proposal specialists and Rebid specialists with RFP responses and current client support. Facilitate requests for temporary or surge service in partnership with field operations. Maintain relationships with third-party providers and subcontractors (uniforms, off-duty law enforcement) Coordinate temporary, surge, and special-event service needs with operations Coordinate catering orders, meeting refreshments, and onsite logistics for client presentations, internal meetings, and special events. Manage client appreciation and gift orders, including vendor coordination, budget tracking, and timely delivery. Maintain Salesforce CRM data throughout the sales process Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education: Post-secondary degree preferred Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, customer service, project coordination, or other similar roles. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC. Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Other Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with ServiceNow and Salesforce preferred, but not required. Knowledge of the Security industry is a plus, but not required. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.

Prior experience supporting sales teams, operations teams, or proposal/RFP processes Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Comfort working with CRM systems, reporting tools, or process documentation Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and follow through on details Experience in the security, facilities, property management, or service-based industries
Travel: This is an on-site position five (5) days per week. Ability to travel to client and branch office locations in suburban Chicago and northwest Indiana. Less than 10% travel. Why Join Marksman Titan:

Salary & Benefits: Base salary is $60,000, with a discretionary year-end bonus.
