The specialist will configure, customize, and launch a production-ready Moodle LTS environment, supporting SCORM 1.2 courses, video content, ILT scheduling, reporting, notifications, and user pathways. They will work closely with IT Operations, Training Teams, and business stakeholders to ensure the LMS is secure, accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA), scalable, and fully documented for handoff. 3+ years Moodle LMS administration (SCORM, roles, learning paths) LMS reporting, transcripts, ILT workflows Notifications workflow setup MFA, TLS/HTTPS, audit logging, WCAG accessibility practices Docker/Kubernetes collaboration Strong documentation and communication skills Nice-to-Have
PHP, MariaDB/Postgres, Linux basics Public-sector or regulated environment experience Performance tuning for mobile/low-bandwidth users
