Weldon Tire is seeking motivated and driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our customers by placing orders and helping drive sales performance. This is an entry-level opportunity with strong potential for growth based on performance - and no prior experience is required. This position is available for immediate hire. On-site location: 358 Sawmill River Rd Millwood, NY 10546 Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour plus commission, 40 hours weekly guaranteed, Saturday availability required. Pay commensurate with experience with additional consideration for bilingual (English & Spanish) proficiency. Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls in a high-volume call center environment Identify customer needs and accurately place orders Utilize internal systems and online ordering tools Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process No cold calling -- all calls are initiated by existing customers Paid training provided; trained on tires, sales tools and phone system Position Requirements
