Collaborating with business and technical teams, the full-time remote Data Analyst (Data Governance) will ensure the integrity and quality of data during a major business transformation, focusing on data mapping, migration, validation, and integration activities. Key responsibilities
Gather and document requirements for prioritized data domains in collaboration with business stakeholders Profile data and analyze source systems to support accurate mapping and migration processes Develop comprehensive data mapping documents and validate mappings with Master Data Management and integration teams
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar data-focused role, preferably with large-scale system implementations Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and relational databases Previous experience with data migration and data integration tools Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business requirements into technical specifications
