Our client based in Dublin 24,is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team within a regulated distribution environment. This hands-on role is responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations while ensuring compliance requirements and company quality procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation focused on quality, compliance, and operational excellence. Requirements Minimum 5 years warehouse experience Previous supervisory experience desirable Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries advantageous ERP/WMS experience preferred (SAP Business One desirable) Valid manual handling and MHE certifications Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills Key Responsibilities Supervise goods receipt, storage, picking, packing,dispatch activities Support day-to-day warehouse operations as required Maintain inventory accuracy, traceability, and stock control including batch/serial management Ensure compliance with GDP, QMS, health & safety, and regulatory requirements Lead, train, and support warehouse operatives Support audits, stock takes, CAPA activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organised with strong interpersonal skills and have at least 5 years experience in a similar role.
