8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in leadership Strong experience with SQL-based enterprise applications Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments Experience leading teams in regulated or compliance-driven environments Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools Interest or exposure to AI-enabled development Strong communication and leadership skills Spartan Placements is an equal opportunity employer.
